  • Create your child’s profile as precisely as possible. You can create up to 5 children’s profiles.
  • When are out, press Start Session to learn how long to stay in the sun.
  • Enable Location when prompted. This will let us predict weather changes and send you personalized notifications about best session hours.
  • Match the outfit. Calculations change depending on how much of the body is covered.
  • Allow access to camera when prompted. SunDay uses your device’s camera to scan the UV strength in your exact location.
  • Point the camera at the sun and wait for the scan to complete.
  • Once the upcoming session details are estimated, press Begin Session.
  • Pause the session if the child goes under shade.
  • Update details if weather or clothes change.
  • Once the time outside is over press Finish Session.
  • Share the day and your results.
